- Support the facilities management team in their daily operations and tasks.
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Monitor and manage vendor contracts and services to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all facilities management activities.
- Assist with budget planning and forecasting for facilities management expenses.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergency situations or facility-related issues.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in facilities management.
- Train and supervise facilities staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement and maintain systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of facilities management operations.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates and recommendations on facilities management activities.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and visitors.
- Uphold company values and standards while representing the company to external stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Facility Management Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Building Systems And Maintenance Procedures.
Proficiency In Computer Programs Such As Microsoft Office And Facility Management Software.
