  1. Assist in the overall management and operation of our clients' facilities.
  2. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement effective facility strategies.
  3. Monitor and maintain facility budgets and expenses.
  4. Oversee maintenance and repairs of building systems and equipment.
  5. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility services.
  6. Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
  7. Respond promptly to facility emergencies and implement appropriate solutions.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and tenants.
  9. Ensure that all facilities are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  10. Train and mentor facility staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documents related to facility operations.
  12. Implement and enforce facility policies and procedures.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  14. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  15. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, and employees.
  16. Assist with special projects and events as needed.
  17. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
  18. Stay current on relevant laws and regulations related to facility management.
  19. Act as a point of contact for any facility-related inquiries or concerns.
  20. Conduct regular performance evaluations for facility staff and provide feedback for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Commercial Real Estate Setting.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices Related To Facilities Management.
