  1. Oversee maintenance and operations of facilities to ensure they are running efficiently and meeting company standards.
  2. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of engineers, delegating tasks and ensuring they are performing at a high level.
  3. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues and challenges.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and innovations, and implement new technology and processes to improve efficiency.

  9. Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff, providing updates on projects and addressing any concerns or issues.
  10. Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge within the company.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
  12. Take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks and hazards in the workplace.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Building Maintenance Or Engineering, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Equipment, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Fire Safety.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Project Management Skills.
