Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Building Maintenance Or Engineering, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Equipment, Including Hvac, Electrical, Plumbing, And Fire Safety.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.
