- Oversee and manage the maintenance operations for multiple facilities within the designated area.
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure all facilities are properly maintained and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to address any maintenance issues and provide timely updates.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and address them proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment inventory.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall maintenance operations.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Maintenance Management, Preferably In A Commercial Real Estate Or Property Management Setting.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Building Systems, Equipment, And Maintenance Procedures.
Proven Experience In Developing And Managing Budgets For Maintenance And Repair Projects.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Maintenance Technicians And Contractors.
