As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional with strong leadership skills to supervise our accounting team. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting team.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Lead and supervise a team of accounting professionals.
- Review and approve journal entries and other financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data for decision-making.
- Train and mentor accounting team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Communicate financial information and results to upper management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in accounting regulations.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Designation
Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Standards
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Accounting Or Finance, Preferably In A Supervisory Role
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.
