Ultrasound Technologist

As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures while assisting in providing patient care and education.The ideal candidate is an experienced Ultrasound Technologist who is qualified to assess patient needs, provide quality care, and ensure accurate results. To be successful in this role, you should be detail-oriented and able to interpret diagnostic imaging images.The qualifications for this position include:• Associate’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent, and• Registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or equivalent, and• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and• Experience in ultrasound and/or other diagnostic imaging procedures.If you possess these qualifications and have the passion to provide exceptional care, we invite you to apply to join our team at Catholic Health Initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
2. Assist in providing patient care and education.
3. Assess patient needs and provide quality care.
4. Ensure accurate imaging results.
5. Interpret diagnostic imaging images.
6. Maintain ARDMS or equivalent certification.
7. Maintain current BLS certification.
8. Maintain knowledge of ultrasound and other diagnostic imaging procedures.
9. Follow all safety regulations and protocols.
10. Document patient data and imaging results.
