  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare to patients in the specialty clinic setting.
  2. Utilize expertise and knowledge of nursing to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Monitor and document patient’s vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatments.
  6. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care.
  7. Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed and met.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including electronic health records.
  9. Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
  10. Act as a resource and mentor to other nursing staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  11. Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  13. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and seamless care.
  14. Remain current on industry trends and advancements in healthcare to provide the highest level of care to patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn Licensure: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Unrestricted Registered Nurse License In The State Where The Specialty Clinic Is Located.

  • Specialty Certification: The Ideal Candidate Will Hold A Specialty Certification In The Area Of Practice Relevant To The Specialty Clinic, Such As Wound Care, Oncology, Or Cardiology.

  • Minimum Education Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Preferred, But A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Nursing Is Required.

  • Clinical Experience: The Candidate Must Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Recent Clinical Experience In The Specialty Area Of The Clinic, Preferably In An Outpatient Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Team Members In A Compassionate And Professional Manner.
