- Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic in a warm and friendly manner, adhering to our values of reverence and compassion.
- Assist physicians and other medical staff with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing exam rooms, and recording medical histories.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and maintaining patient records.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.
- Continuously update and maintain knowledge of medical procedures, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
