1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic in a warm and friendly manner, adhering to our values of reverence and compassion.
2. Assist physicians and other medical staff with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing exam rooms, and recording medical histories.
3. Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and maintaining patient records.
4. Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
5. Provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.
