- Conduct thorough and detailed audits of coding practices to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Identify and report any potential compliance issues or concerns to management.
- Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve coding compliance across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and accurate coding practices.
- Stay up-to-date on all coding regulations and changes in the healthcare industry.
- Provide guidance and education to coding staff on compliance standards and best practices.

Bachelor's Degree In Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Certified Coding Specialist (Ccs) Or Certified Professional Coder (Cpc) Certification.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Coding And Auditing In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Healthcare Compliance Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Provide Constructive Feedback To Coding Staff And Effectively Communicate Audit Findings To Leadership.
