- Conduct data analysis and interpretation of large and complex datasets related to healthcare practices and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop data collection processes to meet project objectives.
- Utilize statistical and analytical tools to identify trends and patterns in the data and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Create reports and dashboards to present data findings and analysis to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical data and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in clinical data analysis to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective data management and integration across various systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize data collection and analysis.
- Train and mentor junior data analysts and provide guidance on best practices, data management, and analysis techniques.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Health Informatics, Statistics, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Analysis Within A Healthcare Setting.
Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis Software Such As Sql, Sas, And Tableau.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Data And Regulatory Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Hitech.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data To A Non-Technical Audience.
