- Ensure accuracy and integrity of clinical data by conducting thorough data analysis and validation processes.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify and implement data quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain data quality control processes and procedures.
- Utilize advanced statistical methods and tools to analyze and interpret complex clinical data.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on data analysis findings to stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and healthcare to inform data quality improvement strategies.
- Train and mentor junior data analysts on data quality control processes and procedures.
- Serve as a resource for data-related inquiries and provide support to colleagues in utilizing data for decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data is collected, stored, and managed accurately and securely.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance the delivery of healthcare services.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards in handling sensitive clinical data.

Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Or Information Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Data Management Principles And Experience With Data Analysis Tools And Software.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Gdpr.
