  1. Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to healthcare outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions for improving healthcare processes and outcomes.
  3. Develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators.
  4. Present data findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and healthcare technology.
  7. Lead and mentor junior data analysts to improve overall team performance.

  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to acquire and integrate data from various sources.
  13. Develop and maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.
  14. Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven policies and procedures.
  15. Contribute to the success of the organization by using data to drive evidence-based decision making.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Data Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Proficiency In Sql, Sas, And Other Data Analysis Tools.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Data Quality Control Processes.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Data Standards And Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Hl7.
