- Accurately code and review medical records for risk adjustment purposes in accordance with coding guidelines and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all coding and documentation standards set by governing bodies, such as CMS and AHIMA.
- Conduct thorough chart reviews to identify and capture all relevant diagnoses and conditions for risk adjustment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to obtain necessary documentation and clarify coding discrepancies.

Certified Professional Coder (Cpc) Or Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (Crc) Certification.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Coding Experience In A Healthcare Setting.
Familiarity With Cms-Hcc Risk Adjustment Models And Coding Guidelines.
Strong Knowledge Of Icd-10-Cm And Cpt Coding Systems.
