
Respiratory Therapist
Catholic Health Initiatives is looking for a dedicated and passionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing compassionate and quality care to all patients, while demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and knowledge. The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications: an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy; certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC); and current licensure in the state of practice. Experience in a clinical setting is preferred. The ability to work well with other healthcare professionals, to collaborate, and to maintain a positive attitude are also essential. Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and quality care to all patients
- Demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and knowledge
- Possess an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), and current licensure in the state of practice
- Work well with other healthcare professionals and maintain a positive attitude
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve desired outcomes
- Ensure safety and quality of care in accordance with established protocols
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Educate patients and their families about respiratory therapy treatments
- Monitor and adjust ventilator settings, as needed
