Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate and quality care to all patients
2. Demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and knowledge
3. Possess an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), and current licensure in the state of practice
4. Work well with other healthcare professionals and maintain a positive attitude

6. Ensure safety and quality of care in accordance with established protocols
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
9. Educate patients and their families about respiratory therapy treatments
10. Monitor and adjust ventilator settings, as needed
