1. Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients according to prescribed protocols.
2. Monitor and assess patient's response to treatment, making necessary adjustments as needed.
3. Collaborate with radiation oncologists and other healthcare team members to develop treatment plans for patients.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records for each patient.
5. Educate patients and their families about radiation therapy, potential side effects, and self-care measures.
6. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
7. Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to appropriate personnel.
8. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients during treatment, promoting a positive and caring atmosphere.
9. Continuously update knowledge and skills related to radiation therapy through attending trainings and workshops.
