  1. Provide high-quality radiation therapy treatments to patients in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Prepare and administer radiation treatments according to physician's orders and treatment plans.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment plans, patient progress, and any adverse reactions.
  4. Monitor and assess patient responses to treatments, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  6. Ensure proper and safe handling of radiation equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
  7. Educate patients and their families on the radiation therapy process and potential side effects.
  8. Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  9. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of current radiation therapy techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  10. Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards related to radiation therapy.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new treatment protocols.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  13. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care for patients.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Catholic Health Initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiation Therapy Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) In Radiation Therapy.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Oncology Or Radiation Therapy.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, And Radiation Therapy Treatment Techniques.
