
Phlebotomist
At Catholic Health Initiatives, our Phlebotomists serve a critical role in providing quality healthcare to our patients. We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have experience drawing blood and collecting specimens from patients. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations.The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience as a Phlebotomist, preferably in a clinical setting. A phlebotomy certification from a recognized institution is also required. A commitment to providing outstanding patient care and a well-developed understanding of infection control procedures are essential. The ability to work in a team environment and to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues is also important.
