1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with Catholic Health Initiatives' standards and procedures.

3. Assist with the physical and emotional needs of patients, including but not limited to personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
4. Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, progress notes, and treatment plans.
7. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support as needed.
8. Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.

10. Attend training and educational opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
