Job Description

  1. Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
  2. Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  3. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  4. Observe and report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing team.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control and safety protocols.
  6. Assist with transporting patients to and from appointments and procedures.
  7. Communicate with patients and their families in a professional and empathetic manner.
  8. Stock and maintain patient rooms with necessary supplies and equipment.
  9. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans for patients.
  10. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult situations.
  11. Follow all hospital policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on best practices and new developments in patient care.
  13. Handle sensitive information and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  14. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of conduct.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the nursing team or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls Certification

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma Or Equivalent

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Licensure Or Equivalent Training

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Healthcare Setting Preferred

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Compassionate Care To Patients
