- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks for patients, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Monitor and record patient food and fluid intake, as well as any special requests or concerns
- Communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare team members regarding patient dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines in food handling and storage
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies

A Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition Or A Related Field: A Qualified Nutrition Assistant At Catholic Health Initiatives Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition Or A Related Field Such As Dietetics, Food Science, Or Public Health Nutrition.
