  1. Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in accordance with Catholic Health Initiatives' standards and values.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  5. Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.
  6. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  7. Monitor and record patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  9. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in healthcare practices.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  11. Act as a patient advocate and promote a patient-centered approach to care.
  12. Remain updated on the latest developments and advancements in healthcare practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Aprn) License: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid Aprn License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing.

  • Master's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Nursing, With A Specialization In The Desired Area Of Practice, Is Required For The Nurse Practitioner Role.

  • Certification: The Candidate Must Be Certified By A National Certification Body Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The American Academy Of Nurse Practitioners (Aanp).

  • Clinical Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Nurse Practitioner Is Preferred, With A Strong Focus On Primary Care And Disease Prevention.

  • Knowledge Of Catholic Health Initiatives: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Catholic Health Initiatives Mission, Values, And Commitment To Providing Compassionate, Quality Care To Patients. Previous Experience Working Within A Catholic Healthcare System Is Preferred.
