- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract top talent to Catholic Health Initiatives, utilizing various platforms and techniques.
- Collaborate with HR team to create effective recruitment and retention plans for all departments within the organization.
- Oversee the execution of recruitment initiatives, including job postings, job fairs, and networking events.
- Analyze market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly to ensure the organization remains competitive in the healthcare industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to establish a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Work closely with department heads to understand their specific talent needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Create and manage marketing materials and campaigns to promote Catholic Health Initiatives as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with HR team to enhance the onboarding process and ensure a positive experience for new employees.
- Continuously monitor and assess employee engagement levels and develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in both marketing and HR operations to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Effectively manage and lead a team of marketing and HR professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on recruitment efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Represent Catholic Health Initiatives at industry events and conferences to promote the organization and network with potential candidates.
- Uphold the mission and values of Catholic Health Initiatives and maintain a positive and professional image of the organization at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Marketing And Hr Operations, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Such As Hipaa And Eeoc.
Experience In Managing And Leading Teams, With Proven Ability To Drive Results And Meet Goals.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
