  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to support HR initiatives and promote employee engagement.
  2. Collaborate with HR leaders to identify and understand organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for promoting the organization's mission and values.
  4. Create and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, including print, digital, and social media.
  5. Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired results.
  6. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization's marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR Operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  10. Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the organization's brand and mission.
  11. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall organizational goals.
  12. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and actively seek ways to enhance the organization's marketing efforts.
  14. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in marketing initiatives.
  15. Other duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Marketing And Human Resources Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Hr Professionals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Marketing And Hr Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
