- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support HR initiatives and attract top talent to the organization.
- Collaborate with HR team to identify and understand the organization's hiring needs and create targeted marketing campaigns to address those needs.
- Utilize a variety of marketing channels (e.g. social media, job boards, career fairs) to reach potential candidates and promote the organization as a top employer in the healthcare industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies, universities) to expand the organization's reach and attract diverse candidates.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving recruitment and retention strategies.
- Create and manage the marketing budget for HR initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Monitor and track the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop employer branding initiatives and materials that accurately reflect the organization's values and culture.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and marketing to continuously improve strategies and stay competitive in the market.
- Represent the organization at networking events, job fairs, and other industry events to promote the organization and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the communications and public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Train and mentor junior marketing team members to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, leadership, and other departments, to align marketing strategies with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, while developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Continuously assess and improve the candidate experience and make recommendations for improvements to recruitment processes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Marketing And Hr Operations, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Marketing Strategies And Hr Policies.
Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Managing And Developing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
