Job Description

Are you passionate about advancing neuroscience services and making a positive impact on patient care? Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Market Vice President of Neuroscience Services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the neuroscience service line across our health system, ensuring the highest quality of care and driving growth and innovation. As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in healthcare leadership and a deep understanding of the complexities of the neuroscience service line.   1. Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Develop and implement strategic plans for the neuroscience service line in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of Catholic Health Initiatives.
  2. Lead and Manage Team: Provide strong leadership and direction to the neuroscience team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  3. Drive Growth and Innovation: Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the neuroscience service line and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  4. Ensure Quality of Care: Oversee the delivery of high-quality and evidence-based care to patients, ensuring that all services meet or exceed industry standards.
  5. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for the neuroscience service line, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
  6. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospital administrators, and other department leaders, to foster strong relationships and ensure effective coordination of care.
  7. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of current trends and developments in neuroscience services and incorporate best practices into the service line.
  8. Evaluate and Monitor Performance: Regularly evaluate the performance of the neuroscience service line, including clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and financial metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
  9. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to neuroscience services.
  10. Foster a Culture of Excellence: Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the neuroscience service line, encouraging innovation and collaboration among team members.
  11. Represent Catholic Health Initiatives: Serve as a representative of Catholic Health Initiatives and the neuroscience service line at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  12. Provide Mentorship and Development: Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members to foster their professional growth and ensure a high-performing team.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Neuroscience Or Related Field: A Market Vp Neuroscience Services At Catholic Health Initiatives Should Possess A Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Neuroscience, Neurology, Psychology, Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Understanding The Complexities Of The Human Brain And Nervous System.

  • Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Leadership: This Position Requires A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Leadership Role, Preferably In A Neurology Or Neuroscience Services Setting. This Experience Should Include Managing Budgets, Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans, And Leading Interdisciplinary Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Current Research And Trends In Neuroscience: As The Leader Of The Neuroscience Services Department, The Market Vp Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Research And Trends In The Field Of Neuroscience. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Developing And Implementing Innovative Programs And Services To Meet The Needs Of Patients And The Community.

  • Strong Business Acumen And Financial Management Skills: In Addition To Clinical Knowledge, The Market Vp Should Possess Strong Business Acumen And Financial Management Skills. This Includes Experience Managing Budgets, Analyzing Financial Data, And Making Strategic Decisions To Ensure The Financial Success Of The Department.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Leader, The Market Vp Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Healthcare Professionals, Staff, And Stakeholders.
