- Lead and Manage Team: Provide strong leadership and direction to the neuroscience team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Drive Growth and Innovation: Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the neuroscience service line and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Ensure Quality of Care: Oversee the delivery of high-quality and evidence-based care to patients, ensuring that all services meet or exceed industry standards.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for the neuroscience service line, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.

Advanced Degree In Neuroscience Or Related Field: A Market Vp Neuroscience Services At Catholic Health Initiatives Should Possess A Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Neuroscience, Neurology, Psychology, Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Understanding The Complexities Of The Human Brain And Nervous System.
Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Leadership: This Position Requires A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Leadership Role, Preferably In A Neurology Or Neuroscience Services Setting.
