- Lead and manage a team of nurses in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise within the ICU team.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to nursing staff.
