  1. Oversee the daily operations of the Coronary Care unit, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care.
  2. Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide compassionate and supportive care to patients.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare teams and departments to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment for staff and patients.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching to maintain high standards of care.
  6. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the Coronary Care unit.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements related to patient care.
  8. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet the needs of the unit and ensure budgetary goals are met.
  9. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  10. Handle any patient or staff concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Coronary Care nursing to ensure the unit is providing the latest and most effective care to patients.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and teams to continuously improve and enhance the quality of care provided to patients.
  13. Represent the Coronary Care unit and Catholic Health Initiatives in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Maintain accurate and thorough records and documentation related to patient care, staffing, and other administrative tasks.
  15. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing support and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Manager Nursing - Coronary Care Must Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Degree Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Nurses In A Coronary Care Unit.

  • Active Nursing License: A Valid And Active Nursing License Is A Must For A Manager Nursing - Coronary Care. This Ensures That The Individual Is Up-To-Date With The Latest Nursing Practices And Regulations.

  • Previous Experience In Coronary Care: Candidates For This Position Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Coronary Care Unit. This Experience Will Provide The Necessary Understanding And Expertise To Effectively Manage The Unit.

  • Leadership Skills: A Manager Nursing - Coronary Care Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Nurses. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Effectively, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members.
