- Oversee and manage a team of nurses in the coronary care unit, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the coronary care unit in alignment with the organization's mission and values.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback, coaching, and addressing any performance issues.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients with coronary conditions.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment for the nursing staff, enforcing safety protocols and addressing any potential hazards.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in coronary care management and incorporate them into the unit's operations.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new nursing staff, ensuring a skilled and competent team.
- Manage budgets, resources, and supplies for the coronary care unit, making cost-effective decisions while maintaining high-quality care.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the unit, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a patient-centered approach.
- Represent the organization and the coronary care unit in meetings, conferences, and other professional events.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing: A Manager Nursing - Coronary Care At Catholic Health Initiatives Must Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing. A Master's Degree Is Preferred, Especially In The Field Of Cardiac Care Or Related Areas.
Current Nursing License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current Nursing License In The State Where The Job Is Located. This License Should Be In Good Standing With No History Of Disciplinary Actions.
Minimum 5 Years Of Clinical Experience: To Be Considered For This Managerial Role, The Candidate Must Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In The Field Of Coronary Care Or Cardiac Nursing.
Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Or Managerial Role In A Healthcare Setting. This Could Include Experience As A Charge Nurse, Clinical Supervisor, Or Nurse Manager.
Advanced Cardiac Care Certification: A Manager Nursing - Coronary Care At Catholic Health Initiatives Must Hold Advanced Cardiac Care Certifications Such As Acls (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) And Bls (Basic Life Support). Additional Certifications Such As Pals (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) May Also Be Required Or Preferred.
