1. Lead a team of radiation therapists to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the radiation therapy department.
2. Provide top-quality care to patients by administering radiation therapy treatments according to established protocols and procedures.
3. Monitor and evaluate patient response to treatment, making necessary adjustments as needed.
4. Train and mentor new radiation therapists, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent care.
