We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Interventional Neurology Registered Nurse to join our team.   1. Provide specialized care to patients with neurological conditions in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  2. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Conduct thorough patient assessments and document all findings accurately and timely.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
  5. Monitor and record patient vitals and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
  6. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication regimens, and self-care techniques.
  7. Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including cerebral angiograms, lumbar punctures, and other interventional procedures.
  8. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of interventional neurology.
  11. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families during difficult times.
  12. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality and coordinated care.
  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices in the field of interventional neurology.
  14. Adhere to the organization's mission, values, and ethical principles while carrying out job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Registered Nurse License In The State Where They Will Be Working.

  • Certification In Interventional Neurology: The Candidate Should Be Certified In Interventional Neurology By A Recognized Certification Board, Such As The American Board Of Neuroscience Nursing (Abnn).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Interventional Neurology: The Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Neurointerventional Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Neurovascular Anatomy And Interventional Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Neurovascular Anatomy And The Ability To Assist Physicians In Complex Interventional Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Physicians. They Should Also Have Strong Critical Thinking Skills To Assess And Manage Complex Patient Cases.
