  1. Provide support to surgical team members, including surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists, during procedures.
  2. Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment to ensure they are sterile and ready for use.
  3. Assist with patient positioning and draping to ensure a safe and clean surgical environment.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of surgical procedures, including supplies used and patient information.
  5. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  7. Learn and apply knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques to assist in the operating room.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide compassionate care and address any concerns or questions.
  9. Participate in educational and training opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in the field of surgical technology.
  10. Follow all hospital policies and procedures to uphold the organization's mission and values.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the organization in a positive manner.
  12. Assist with other duties as assigned by surgical team members or supervising healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
