Completion Of An Accredited Surgical Technician Program: A Qualified Candidate For An Intern - Surgical Technician Position At Catholic Health Initiatives Should Have Completed An Accredited Program In Surgical Technology. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Received The Necessary Education And Training In The Field.
Basic Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures And Equipment: The Candidate Should Possess A Basic Understanding Of Surgical Procedures And The Various Equipment Used In The Operating Room. This Will Allow Them To Assist The Surgical Team Efficiently And Effectively.
