
Intern - Surgical Technician

- Assist in surgical procedures: As an Intern - Surgical Technician, you will assist in various surgical procedures under the supervision of experienced surgical technicians and surgeons. This includes preparing the operating room, sterilizing instruments, and passing instruments to the surgeon during the procedure.
- Learn and develop surgical skills: You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your surgical skills in a hands-on environment. This includes learning how to handle and care for surgical instruments, understanding surgical procedures and techniques, and assisting in surgical procedures.
- Provide exceptional patient care: Our top priority is providing exceptional patient care, and as an Intern - Surgical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive high-quality care. This includes being attentive to their needs, providing them with comfort and support, and maintaining a sterile and safe environment.

Completion Of A Surgical Technician Program: The Candidate Must Have Successfully Completed A Recognized Program In Surgical Technology And Possess A Certificate Or Associate's Degree.
Certification: The Candidate Must Be Certified As A Surgical Technician By The National Board Of Surgical Technology And Surgical Assisting (Nbstsa).
Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Surgical Procedures And Be Able To Anticipate The Needs Of The Surgeon During A Procedure.
Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills In Order To Effectively Work With Surgeons, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals In A Fast-Paced Surgical Environment.
Attention To Detail And Ability To Work Under Pressure: The Candidate Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Work Efficiently And Accurately Under Pressure. Surgical Procedures Can Be Time-Sensitive And Require A High Level Of Focus And Precision.
