- Utilize strong technical skills and knowledge of imaging equipment to accurately perform imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper imaging techniques and accurate interpretation of results.
- Monitor patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, regarding patient care and safety.
- Educate patients and their families on imaging procedures and answer any questions or concerns.
- Stay current on advancements and changes in imaging technology and techniques.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new imaging protocols and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to less experienced staff members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of patient care.

Registered Nurse License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Valid Registered Nurse License In The State Where The Position Is Located.
Imaging Specialization: The Candidate Must Have A Specialization Or Certification In Imaging, Such As A Registered Nurse In Radiology (Rn-Bc) Or Certified Radiology Nurse (Crn).
Experience In Imaging: Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Imaging Department, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Knowledge Of Imaging Technology: The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Imaging Technologies, Such As Mri, Ct Scans, X-Rays, And Ultrasound, As Well As The Ability To Operate And Troubleshoot Imaging Equipment.
Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills To Assess And Interpret Imaging Results Accurately And Make Appropriate Decisions Regarding Patient Care.
