ER Technician

We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and highly motivated individual to provide exceptional care in our emergency department. The successful candidate will have experience working in high-volume, fast-paced emergency room environments and will be committed to providing excellent patient care.The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications: a current certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or equivalent; knowledge of medical terminology; strong communication skills; the ability to multi-task with ease; and a commitment to the mission of CHI. Responsibilities:

1. Provide patient care in a high-volume, fast-paced emergency room environment.
2. Utilize medical terminology and strong communication skills to effectively assess and respond to patient needs.
3. Administer medication and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
4. Monitor patient vital signs, record patient medical history, and report any changes in the patient’s condition.
5. Assist physicians and nurses with patient examinations and procedures.
6. Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the emergency room.
7. Follow the mission and values of CHI while providing excellent patient care.
8. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
