- Oversee and lead the delivery of patient care services to ensure high-quality and compassionate care is provided to all patients.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and maintain a patient-centered care approach.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including physicians, community organizations, and other healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care services.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with current healthcare trends and best practices to continuously improve patient care services.
- Monitor and manage the patient care budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment that fosters teamwork, open communication, and a commitment to the organization's mission and values.
Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Patient Care Regulations, Quality Standards, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills.
