Customer Account Specialist

This individual will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. 8. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, to complete assigned tasks.
9. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Generate reports and analyze customer data.
11. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and account management processes.
