
Customer Account Specialist
At Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Account Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accuracy of customer information.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor customer accounts and identify potential issues.
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify and implement solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, to complete assigned tasks.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Generate reports and analyze customer data.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and account management processes.
