1. Provide high-quality critical care to patients under the supervision of physicians.
2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for critically ill patients.
3. Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic tests.
4. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
5. Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and chest tube insertion.
6. Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care to patients in critical condition.
7. Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families, providing education and support.
8. Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
9. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop comprehensive care plans.
