Clinical Pastoral Education Supervisor

1. Develop and oversee the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program, including curriculum design, evaluation, and supervision of students.
2. Provide spiritual guidance, support, and counseling to patients, families, and staff in accordance with Catholic values and teachings.
3. Mentor and train future chaplains, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in pastoral care.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate spiritual care into overall patient treatment plans.

10. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the CPE program, including student progress, evaluations, and program outcomes.
