Clinic Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Clinic team at Catholic Health Initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing quality, patient-centered care while utilizing evidence based practice to ensure the best possible outcomes. This individual should be a self-starter, highly driven, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinic staff.The Clinic RN will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in the clinic setting, including but not limited to triage, patient assessment, patient education, and medication administration. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated knowledge base in nursing practice, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications:• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice• Current BLS Certification• Acute care experience preferred• Ability to assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate progress• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clinic staff and patients• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks• Computer proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the clinic setting, including triage, assessment, patient education, and medication administration • Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate progress • Work effectively with clinic staff and patients • Maintain current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice and BLS certification • Utilize evidence based practice to ensure the best possible outcomes • Communicate information to patients and families about diagnosis, treatment, and progress • Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care as needed • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Utilize computer systems to maintain patient records and document patient care • Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Participate in professional development activities to maintain and improve nursing skills and knowledge.
