  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  3. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Collect and verify patient information, including insurance and personal details.
  5. Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records as needed.
  6. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  7. Respond to patient inquiries and provide information about the clinic and its services.
  8. Collaborate with other clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
  9. Handle patient complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  11. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve patient satisfaction and streamline processes.
  13. Attend training and meetings to stay updated on clinic policies and procedures.
  14. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by clinic leadership.
