3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash receipts and patient accounts.
4. Maintain organized and detailed records of all cash transactions.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective cash posting processes.
6. Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding payment information and discrepancies.
