Job Description

Catholic Health Initiatives is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Appointment Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We require a minimum of two years’ experience in appointment scheduling and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and other staff. They will have a positive attitude and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The Appointment Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, confirming appointments, and coordinating other administrative tasks.If you have the required qualifications and are looking for an opportunity to be part of an organization dedicated to providing quality health care, we invite you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities: • Schedule patient appointments in a timely manner • Confirm appointments with patients and other staff • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Maintain accurate records of patient contact information • Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and other staff • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to efficiently schedule appointments • Follow up with patients regarding their appointments • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed • Ensure that all patient information is handled confidentially and in accordance with HIPAA regulations
