Appointment Scheduler

Catholic Health Initiatives is looking for an experienced, customer-focused appointment scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records. You will need to be an effective communicator, have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.If you have a passion for helping people and are able to work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a candidate who can make a positive contribution to our team and help us continue to provide the best patient care possible.To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3+ years of appointment scheduling experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be willing to take on new challenges. An associate’s degree or equivalent certification in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.We are looking for a candidate who is reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
