- Manage the denial process for anesthesia services for the organization.
- Utilize expertise in anesthesia to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce denial rates and increase reimbursement.
- Analyze denial trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal departments, to resolve denials.
- Train and educate staff on denial management processes and procedures.
- Monitor and track denied claims, and take appropriate action to appeal or resubmit claims.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and coding guidelines related to anesthesia services.
- Provide regular reports on denial rates, trends, and outcomes to senior management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the anesthesia team.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives related to denial management.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve denials.
- Act as a liaison between the anesthesia department and other departments within the organization to identify and address potential denial issues.
- Stay current on industry developments and best practices in denial management and make recommendations for process improvements.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, With Specific Experience In Anesthesia Billing And Denials Management.
Knowledge Of Insurance Billing And Coding Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines.
Strong Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Process Improvements.
Knowledge Of Electronic Health Record Systems And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.
