Account Representative

Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable and accounts payable process. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. 1. Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
2. Ensure timely payments to vendors and customers.
3. Monitor customer accounts and contact customers when payments are overdue.
4. Assist with the monthly closing process and other accounting activities.
5. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
6. Analyze and reconcile accounts for discrepancies.
7. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer disputes.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles.
9. Provide superior customer service and effectively communicate with customers.
10. Generate reports for management as needed.
