Warranty Administrator

Carvana is looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our team! We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in warranty administration and an ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors. This position requires an individual who is able to multi-task multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and administer all warranty-related activities.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to warranties in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide accurate and timely reports of warranty-related activities to appropriate departments.
4. Maintain accurate records of all warranty-related activities.
5. Monitor and track vendor performance related to warranty activities.
6. Assist with the development of processes and procedures for warranty administration.
7. Liaise with vendors and customers to ensure warranties are fulfilled in accordance with applicable laws.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
9. Identify and implement process improvements for warranty administration.
10. Provide customer service training as needed.
