Warranty Administrator

We are looking for an ambitious Warranty Administrator to join the Carvana team and help our customers receive the best possible service. As the Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for processing, tracking, and resolving warranty claims for Carvana’s customers. Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator:

1. Process, track, and resolve warranty claims for Carvana’s customers in a timely manner.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding warranty claims.
3. Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and customer inquiries.
4. Provide accurate and timely answers to customer questions and concerns.
5. Identify areas for improvement in warranty administration processes and procedures.
6. Ensure compliance with automotive regulations and industry standards.
7. Stay up-to-date with changes to automotive regulations and industry standards.
8. Develop and implement policies and procedures for warranty administration.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Utilize MS Office and other computer software to efficiently manage warranty claims.
