Warranty Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Warranty Administrator to join the Carvana team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining all warranty-related activities for our vehicle inventory. You’ll work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely warranty payments and tracking. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warranty administration • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Exceptional customer service and communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • The ability to work independently and as part of a team • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

3. Provide customer service and communication to clients.
4. Analyze and solve problems quickly to ensure smooth operation of warranty services.
5. Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective warranty services.
6. Prepare and maintain records of warranty-related activities.
7. Work with finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
8. Remain up to date with current warranty regulations and processes.
9. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of warranty parts.
10. Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
