As Carvana's Warranty Administrator, you will be the point of contact for all customer inquiries related to our product warranties. You will be responsible for handling customer service requests and resolving customer satisfaction issues in a timely and professional manner. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a dedication to excellence. A successful Warranty Administrator will have a great attitude and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of customer service experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, and a passion for helping customers. You should have excellent communication skills and be highly organized. In addition, you should be comfortable interacting with customers both in-person and over the phone. You should be adept at problem-solving and have the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. If you are a team-player who is capable of meeting deadlines, we would love to hear from you.
